Welcome Address

Dear Colleagues,

The 27th Panhellenic Urology Congress of the Hellenic Urological Association returns to Thessaloniki and will take place from 22 to 25 October 2026, at the Makedonia Palace Hotel.

Unlike the Interdepartmental Congress, which is organized biennially in different cities across the country, the scope and international orientation of the Panhellenic Congress require that it be held exclusively and alternately in Athens and Thessaloniki.

As the metropolitan center of Northern Greece, Thessaloniki offers an ideal meeting point for colleagues from Southeastern Europe.

The Organizing Committee is preparing a four-day high-level scientific program. In addition to the established sessions covering the latest developments in our specialty (Guidelines, ESU Course, etc.), the program will include fruitful exchanges of views with distinguished Greek and European urologists (debates, clinical case presentations, etc.).

The knowledge competition (Urolympics), which was a highly successful innovation at the previous Congress and in which teams of residents from various Urology Departments will participate, will also be held again this year.

We would also like to inform you that, following a unanimous decision of the Board of Directors, participation in the 27th Panhellenic Urology Congress will be free of charge for all HUA members who have renewed their annual subscription for the current year and have no outstanding financial obligations.

We invite you to actively participate in the Congress, submit and present your scientific work, attend the sessions of the Scientific Program, and reconnect with friends and colleagues.
