Terms of Reservation and Payment

• 50% deposit of the total room cost is required.
• Payment of the remaining 50% is required before the initiation of the Conference and no later than 15/9/26

Cancellation Policy

• Before 30/6/26: No cancellation fee applies.
• From 1/7/26 until 31/8/26: 15% of the reserved rooms can be cancelled free of charge. Cancellations of reserved rooms above this percentage will be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to a two-night stay.
• After 1/9/26: Cancelled reservations will be subject to 100% cancellation fee, equivalent to a three-night stay.
