* According to the new Statute of HUA (art. 4, par. 2), full members are divided into “Active” and “Inactive”. Members are considered “Active” when they remain committed to their financial obligations (membership fees). Full members automatically become “Inactive” if they fail to submit the annual membership fees for longer than three (3) consecutive years.

1 Registration is free of charge for active members that have renewed their subscription for 2024 and have no other dues towards HUA!

Cancelation policy & Name changes

  • Name changes are allowed only until the 23th of September 2024.
  • After the 23rd of September, all cancelations are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be made after the end of the Conference.
