Breakfast and taxes are included in the above prices, with the exception of the Accommodation Tax (per room, per night) which has been applied since 01/01/2018 (Ν. 4389/2016) and is to be paid by the guest at the hotel reception upon departure.

Terms of Reservation and Payment

• 50% deposit of the total room cost is required.
• Payment of the remaining 50% is required before the initiation of the Conference and no later than 30/9/24.

Cancellation Policy

• Before 30/6/24: No cancellation fee applies.
• From 1/7/24 until 15/8/24: 15% of the reserved rooms can be cancelled free of charge. Cancellations of reserved rooms above this percentage will be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to a two-night stay.
• After 1/9/24: Cancelled reservations will be subject to 100% cancellation fee, equivalent to a three-night stay.
