Alesandro Volpe

Prof. Volpe is Chairman of Urology at the University of Eastern Piedmont in Novara, Italy, and has held numerous roles within the EAU.

Of note, he was a member of the founding group of the Young Academic Urologists (YAU) and of the YAU RCC Working Group.

He has also served for many years on the EAU RCC Guidelines Panel and is a member of the ESU Faculty. Since 2017, he has been an active board member of the EAU Section of Oncological Urology.

Now, as chair of the EAU Section of Oncological Urology, Prof. Volpe aims to build on the section’s strong foundation and lead its future development, with the goal to ensure that the section remains at the forefront of urological oncology.
